Cut-off times
Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched and accept no liability for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address.
If you're not in
Our courier will leave a card with collection or re-delivery instructions. After a holding period, uncollected parcels are returned to us and we will contact you to rearrange delivery.
Important
Do not book an installer until your order has arrived and been fully inspected. We do not cover installation costs for undelivered or damaged goods.
Damaged in transit
- Report transit damage within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographs
- Do not install a damaged product
- Contact returns@lumilyled.co.uk — we will arrange a replacement promptly
