Change of mind
You have 30 days from receipt to notify us of cancellation, plus a further 30 days to return the goods. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. The 30 days begins from date of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging in resaleable condition.
Faulty or damaged items
Report faults or damage within 30 days of delivery with clear photographs. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. We cannot accept claims for installed products unless the fault is a confirmed manufacturing defect covered under our guarantee.
Items that cannot be returned
- Products that have been installed
- Products not in original packaging (for change-of-mind returns)
- Products that have been modified or used
- Change-of-mind returns submitted after 30 days from the receipt
Refunds Processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. We will notify you by email when the refund is complete.
