Change of mind — statutory cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of cancellation, plus a further 14 days to return the goods. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.
We extend the standard statutory right to return to 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging in resaleable condition.
Faulty or damaged items
Report faults or damage within 30 days of delivery with clear photographs. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. We cannot accept claims for installed products unless the fault is a confirmed manufacturing defect covered under our guarantee.
How to return
- Email returns@lumilyled.co.uk or submit your return at returns.lumilyled.co.uk
- Print and attach the returns form to the outside of the parcel
- Use a tracked postal service and keep your proof of postage
- We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit
Refunds
Processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. We will notify you by email when the refund is complete.
