1. About us

Lumily LED Lighting Ltd operates lumilyled.co.uk. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Contract formation

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email. Only the items listed in that dispatch email form the contract. You must be 18 or over to place an order.

3. Pricing and availability

All prices are in pounds sterling, inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you and offer the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. All orders are subject to availability.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna. Klarna services are provided by Klarna Bank AB under their own terms and conditions.

5. Delivery

Delivery is to UK mainland addresses unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Do not book installation until goods have arrived and been fully inspected.

6. Returns and consumer rights

Our returns policy is set out on our Returns & Refunds page and forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

7. Guarantee

Our guarantee terms are set out on our Guarantee page and form part of these terms. All products comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

8. Installation and safety

Drivers and all mains-connected components must be installed by a qualified electrician. We accept no liability for damage, injury, or product failure arising from incorrect installation or failure to follow the supplied product instructions.

9. Limitation of liability Our total liability to you will not exceed the price paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including installation or labour costs. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Intellectual property

All website content, product descriptions, imagery, and branding are owned by or licensed to Lumily LED Lighting Ltd. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
