Terms and conditions
- The product must be like-for-like — identical specification, voltage, length, and IP rating
- The competitor must be a UK-based website
- The product must be in stock on the competitor's website at the time of the request
- Prices must include any delivery charges in the comparison
- Price match excludes sale prices, promotional discounts, and limited-time offers
- We cannot price match retrospectively on completed orders
- Marketplace and auction site listings (e.g. Amazon third-party, eBay) are not eligible
- All price matches are at the discretion of Lumily LED
