All guarantees run from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. The guarantee is non-transferable.
Coverage
What is covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions
- Premature failure not caused by misuse, overloading, incorrect installation, or external damage
What is not covered
- Fair wear and tear
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or installation by unqualified persons
- Overloading drivers beyond rated wattage
- Water ingress on non-IP rated products
- Cuts made outside designated cut marks on the strip
- Modification, disassembly, or tampering with any product
Where a valid claim is made we will send a replacement product, arrange a repair, or issue a refund at our discretion.
How to make a claim
Email support@lumilyled.co.uk with your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photographs of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
Note: Installation costs are not covered under this guarantee. We recommend installation by a qualified electrician.
