Next-day delivery is free on orders over £75 (inc VAT). Under £75 (in VAT), standard next-day delivery is £4.50.
Standard orders are delivered next working day via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Order before 2:30pm Monday–Friday. Profile orders ship via DX Freight, also next working day.
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched we can usually make changes or cancel without charge. Once dispatched, you can return it under our 30-day returns policy.
Products & technical
All Lumily strips run on 24V DC. Multiply the watts-per-metre by total run length. For example: 3m of a 10W/m strip = 30W minimum — it is good practice to also have 10% headroom, so choose the CORE 60W for safe headroom. See our full driver guide for all specifications.
Yes — all Lumily strips are either free-cut or have designated cut marks at regular intervals (typically every 25–50mm). Free-cut strips can be cut anywhere, whereas regular strips must be cut on the copper pads at each interval. Cutting between marks permanently breaks the circuit from that point.
The OPTIX S IP65 is rated for Zone 1 and Zone 2 bathroom use. All other Lumily strips are IP20 and must not be used in wet areas. See our IP ratings guide for full bathroom zone guidance.
LED strips run on safe 24V DC and are suitable for competent DIY installation once connected to an approved driver. However, the driver must be wired to the mains supply by a qualified electrician.
Returns & guarantee
30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Do not install the product. Report the damage within 30 days of receipt with photographs by visiting lumilyled.co.uk/pages/returns to start the return process. We will arrange a replacement promptly.
