Delivery options
- Standard delivery — free on orders over £75, £4.50 under. Next working day when you order before 3pm Monday to Friday.
- Bulk orders — pallet delivery service, quote on request. Call 01977 364333 or email support@lumilyled.co.uk.
Order cut-off times
To receive your order the next working day, please place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, or over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday, will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Tracking
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking email on the day before delivery when your items have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & remote areas
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and Channel Islands is available within 1–5 working days and may be subject to a small additional delivery fee.
Missed deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt redelivery the next working day. After three failed attempts, your order will either be held at your local Post Office for collection or returned to us. Lumily accepts no liability for items signed for by a neighbour.
Failed or delayed deliveries
If a delay or failure of delivery was caused by circumstances outside of Lumily's reasonable control, Lumily shall not be deemed in breach of contract and will be unable to offer compensation in such instances.
