Delivery
Free next day delivery when you spend £75 or more. For orders under £75, delivery will cost £4.50.
Lumily LED ships to the UK only. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland is available within 1–5 working days and may be subject to a small additional delivery fee.
All deliveries are next working day if ordered before 2:30pm Mon-Fri - otherwise, orders will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 2:30pm on Friday, or over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking email on the day before delivery when your items have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Returns
For change of mind returns, you have 30 days from receipt to notify us of cancellation, plus a further 30 days to return the goods. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. The 30 days begins from date of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging in resaleable condition.
Report faults or damage within 30 days of delivery with clear photographs. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
We cannot accept claims for installed products unless the fault is a confirmed manufacturing defect covered under our guarantee.
